FearLess Summit is our annual commitment to bringing together women+ from all walks of life to connect, learn, grow, and dream about what is possible. There will be workshops, speakers, and, of course, free food.
Representative Ramos was elected as House District State Representative in November of 2018. She is passionate about improving the lives of all Texans and has been a fierce advocate for voting, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and women’s rights. For the last twenty years, Ana-Maria has worked closely with members of her community on revitalization projects and public health/safety programs, and is committed to protecting marginalized groups and working class families by staying true to progressive values.
A Sisters Legacy is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that strives to make accessible care in honor of Marissa Ann Carillo, offering individual and group therapeutic programming. All services are based on a sliding scale and at an hourly rate, as well as encourage a care plan as unique as the person being served.
Kim Goad is a Yoga Alliance E-500 RYT, a seasoned yoga teacher including a 25 year personal yoga practice, and a Yoga Teacher Trainer (YTT). Kim fell in love with yoga in 2000, and began teaching yoga in 2004. She currently teaches vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, and nidra.
Dr. Erin Harper is a Senior Research Scientist at the Center for Depression Research and Clinical Care at UT Southwestern Medical Center where she leads school and youth-focused initiatives. Her research focuses on participatory school and community-based preventive interventions, with a special focus on co-creating programs with Black adolescent girls and families.

With over 3 decades in business, Judy works with companies supporting their diversity and women’s initiatives in the areas of leadership, sales, recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring and retention. She was a TEDx speaker talking about prejudging people. She is the author of four books, including “Selling In A Skirt” and “Walking on the Glass Floor.” She offers a training program that concentrates on women in leadership and the men who champion them.
Dr. Rahmatu Kassimu is a public health consultant, health educator, and change agent, combining her love of public health and education to empower and equip others to take ownership of their own health holistically.
Founded in 1982, the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) is a nonprofit hunger relief organization that distributes donated and purchased foods through a network of nearly 500 Partner Agencies and Organizations in 13 counties.
Kimberly Evans Sulfridge is a seasoned professional in the Financial Services industry. Since 1994, she has been dedicated to assisting individuals in planning for their financial futures, including wealth accumulation, distribution strategies, and keeping the family protected throughout their life.
Jami runs MHC Consulting Group and uses practical techniques she has honed to help teams drive growth through continuous improvement strategies and people leadership expertise. Moreover, she mentors and empowers colleagues and executives alike, and achieves results by building relationships, managing goals, and creating essential processes.
Registration begins at 8:30 am on the sixth floor of the J Erik Jonsson Central Library. Park in the parking garage located off of 1541 Wood Street, then take the elevator up to the sixth floor. If you have not registered online, you can register day-of, and light snacks and coffee will be provided.
At 9 am, our FearLess founder Jill Nastasia will formally welcome attendees and speakers to the third annual FearLess Summit with opening remarks. She will share about FearLess’s founding, her story, and this year’s Summit theme.
This year’s breakout session blocks are curated to look at the various areas of health that comprise a person’s whole being. This includes nutritional, physical, and environmental health, career and financial health, and mental, spiritual and intellectual health.
